Terms of Service

GBI provides AI-powered tools for local businesses, including an AI chatbot, 24/7 voice receptionist, missed-call text-back, landing page builder, and a unified dashboard for managing leads and communications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

You may not share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.

You agree not to use GBI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable telemarketing laws
• Harass, threaten, or deceive the people your AI communicates with
• Impersonate another business or person
• Collect or process sensitive personal data (health records, financial data, Social Security numbers) without appropriate legal basis
• Conduct automated dialing campaigns to numbers on the Do Not Call registry
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the GBI platform
• Resell access to GBI without a signed agency agreement with us

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for the communications your AI sends on your behalf — including call scripts, SMS messages, and chatbot responses. GBI provides the tools; you are the sender of record.

You must comply with all applicable laws governing automated communications, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You represent that you have obtained all required consents before initiating AI-assisted outreach to any individual.

GBI is not liable for fines, penalties, or legal claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of applicable communications laws.

GBI offers subscription plans billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be deactivated.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds, but you will retain access through the end of the period you paid for.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription pricing for existing accounts.

You own your data. GBI does not claim any ownership rights over the content of your conversations, lead information, call recordings, or any other data you or your customers generate on the platform.

You grant GBI a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating your account.

GBI and all software, designs, algorithms, and content we create are owned by Golden Beacon Consulting. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described here.

We treat your business information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, customer information, or usage patterns to any third party except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

GBI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate. AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and configuring the system appropriately for your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBI’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of GBI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your account before the effective date and receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
